Enlightenment and Handing Down of Traditional Martial Arts and Bushido Culture. Kobudo, Iaido, Kenjutsu and Bojutsu.

Taikijyuku provides training and coaching on various Japanese traditional martial arts including kobudo (old Japanese martial arts), iaido (sword drawing), kenjutsu (swordsmanship) and bojutsu (staff wielding).

At Taikijyuku, we offer training and coaching on Japanese bushido culture and bujutsu (martial arts) handed down by Nippon Koden Fushi Muso Kai (Society for the Learning of Japanese Traditional Bearing and Nonattachment) for everybody from beginners taking up the arts as a hobby to instructor trainees who are intending to teach overseas. Learning and exercising these time-proven martial arts offers a way of acquiring the spiritual culture, history, manners and ways of thinking of the samurai, which also helps contemporary people contemplate ways of life and attitudes of the mind. Exercising, working up a sweat and learning how to breathe through training also enhances the practitioner’s spiritual as well as physical health, leading to the nurturing of their humanity.

Training is given at the Suita City between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm every Sunday.
When the hall is not available, training takes place at the Headquarters Gymnasium.
Observation and trial experience in training are free of charge. Please feel free to inquire.
